Professional Mentorship

Included in your enrollment, you will have the opportunity to work with a professional mentor throughout your entire academy journey.

Mentors are a team made up of the best certified trainers in global Quantum Transformation.
All mentors are certified professional trainers who are actively leading trainings.
Each student will have scheduled video calls with their mentor, receiving quantum coaching, personalized follow-up, sustainable support, and guidance in their development as a Quantum Trainer in training.
Ongoing availability with mentors via chat or phone.
The opportunity to enter training rooms alongside mentors, and even participate to gain hands-on field experience.
Receive feedback on practices and on the implementation of new exercises designed specifically for the student.
Through mentorship and the academy, students have the opportunity to connect with training centers, founders, and directors.
Build lasting professional relationships.

Academic Methodology

Theoretical

Learning through the study of specific books (philosophy, physics, and quantum mechanics).
Study of selected related videos.
In-depth study of the updated, copyrighted Quantum Trainer Manual.
Analysis and understanding of notes taken during in-person sessions.
Sustaining the quantum conversation as a complement to practice.

Practice

Application of quantum transformational distinctions during in-person sessions.
Quantum coaching and feedback from John Hanley, mentors, and the professional team.
Delivery of the conversation outlined in the Quantum Trainer Manual.
Execution of quantum coaching sessions.
Individually designed and team-based activities (videos, workshops, guest nights, video calls).

Certification Criteria

Certification is granted through a set of standards based on academic and practical performance, carried out during and between in-person sessions, where the benchmark is always excellence.
